I am Raymundo Hooten, senior program and project manager specialized in IT infrastructure. In more than 21 years, I have worked on business-critical migrations, transitions and lifecycle programs at international corporates and government organizations.

My approach is pragmatic and result-oriented. I start with clear scope and agreements, and end with structured handover so the organization can continue independently. Along the way, I maintain control over progress, budget and quality.

I have migrated 1,000+ TB of critical data under full changefreeze, managed annual program budgets of €2M and led global infrastructure projects. Always on time, within budget, without surprises.

PMO & Governance

Structuring project management processes: PMO frameworks, templates, reporting structures.

Reorganization of IT departments and team structures, implementation of ITIL v3 processes for Change, Problem and Incident Management. Setting up dashboards and KPI frameworks for C-level reporting.

Security & AI

Information security (ISO 27001) and applied AI as a workforce multiplier for process optimization.

Detailed project plan with clear scope, governance structure, risk register and milestones. Including stakeholder analysis, communication plan and budget estimates. Realistic and measurable.

Execution & Control

Daily management of progress, budget and quality. Weekly updates to stakeholders, proactive risk management and adjustment where needed. Transparent communication about status and issues.

Delivery & Handover

Structured delivery according to agreements, including documentation, knowledge transfer and handover to operations organization. The organization can continue independently with the delivered solution.
